Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Ciphr Audit Intelligence ("Ciphr", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the free audit, paid subscriptions, and any à-la-carte services.
The Service
Ciphr provides local-visibility audits and ongoing intelligence using live data from Google and third-party providers, plus AI-generated analysis and recommendations. Audit figures — including search-volume and revenue estimates — are informational estimates, not guarantees of results, rankings, or revenue.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the business information you submit for auditing.
Plans, Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, semi-annual, or annual) via Stripe. Access continues while your subscription is active and in good standing. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You may not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its APIs, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Intellectual Property
Ciphr and its content, software, and branding are owned by Ciphr and its licensors. You retain ownership of the business information you provide; you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciphr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
