Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name via Google OAuth) and business information you enter for auditing (business name, location, keywords). We also collect usage data to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to run local visibility audits, generate weekly reports, and deliver the Ciphr service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Audit data, business information, and scan history are retained while your account is active.

Third-Party Services

Ciphr uses Google (OAuth authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), DataForSEO (local search data), Mapbox (map rendering), and Anthropic (AI analysis). Each service has its own privacy policy.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page. Data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request.
