Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name via Google OAuth) and business information you enter for auditing (business name, location, keywords). We also collect usage data to improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to run local visibility audits, generate weekly reports, and deliver the Ciphr service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Audit data, business information, and scan history are retained while your account is active.
Third-Party Services
Ciphr relies on trusted third-party providers for authentication and business data, payment processing, email delivery, local search data, map rendering, and AI analysis. Each is bound by its own privacy terms. A current list of our subprocessors is available on request at info@ciphrtech.io.
Data Deletion
You can request account and associated-data deletion through the contact form at /book. We verify deletion requests and process them within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
